The building

The facility maintains a PCI, HIPAA and SSAE Type II certified network covering its colocation services: physical security, redundant power with modular UPS, N+1 cooling, fire suppression and dust and climate control, and a staffed operations center around the clock.
The network
The data center is fed by redundant carriers with blended traffic. If one provider has an outage, its traffic moves to the others automatically; your server keeps its dedicated IP and its 100 Mbps connection throughout.
The platform
The servers are Dell hosts running Hyper-V, with built-in connectivity and electrical redundancy, managed and kept patched on Infosaic Cloud, the ultimate hosting platform. There is no third-party cloud underneath and no reseller in the chain. Infosaic signs Business Associate Agreements for customers handling protected health information.
