Basic: several sites, a database and mail on one server
Four gigabytes of memory and four virtual cores. Room for the company's sites, a working database and the mailboxes, with nobody else on the machine.
The plan most small businesses end up on
Basic is the server that replaces a handful of shared accounts: the company site, a second site or two, the database behind them and the mail for the domain, all on one Windows Server 2025 machine with four gigabytes of memory and four virtual cores. It is the plan most small businesses end up on because it is the first one with real headroom.
Everything is pre-configured - IIS, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL Server Express, MySQL - and we move your existing sites over as part of the price. You administer it over Remote Desktop, the way you would any Windows Server.

Fast where it counts
Four virtual cores and four gigabytes of memory carry several sites, a SQL Server Express or MySQL database and mail on one server, with the headroom an ordinary shared account never has.
The server is its own virtual machine on a Dell Hyper-V host with full isolation: your memory and cores are yours, and another customer's traffic spike is not your problem. It sits on a dedicated 100 Mbps connection with no traffic cap, running Windows Server 2025 configured by people who do it every day.
Who Basic suits
If one application is going to be busy all day, or the database is the point of the server, Standard is the better fit.

A business website
The company site, its email and its database, off a shared account and onto a server of its own.

Always-on Windows applications
A Windows service, a scheduled job or an application that has to run all the time.

WordPress and PHP sites
Several PHP sites with MySQL on one server, managed over Remote Desktop.

ASP.NET applications
A .NET web application with its database, on the stack it was written for.

Full control, two ways in
Administrator access comes with every plan, Basic included. Connect over Remote Desktop and it is your Windows Server: install software, add a site or a database, open a port, schedule a task, restart a service. Nothing needs a ticket to unlock.
Thirteen built-in installers on the server desktop add a site, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Umbraco or a free SSL certificate in about a minute, and it is your server to run the way you run any Windows Server. What stays ours is everything underneath: the host, the storage, the network, the platform patching and the physical security of the building.
Configured before you sign in
Finish signing up and the access details are in your inbox. The server is already a web server: Windows Server 2025 with IIS, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL Server Express and MySQL installed and working, thirteen built-in installers from WordPress to free SSL, and mail for your domains.
Tell support where your current site lives and we move it over as part of the price - files, databases, mail and DNS. There is no transfer fee and no hourly charge.

The four plans
Every plan is a Windows Server 2025 machine with the web stack configured, full administrator access, a dedicated IP, an unmetered 100 Mbps connection and round-the-clock support. Pick the memory and processing power the workload needs.
Common questions
How many sites can Basic host?
As many as the memory allows - a handful of ordinary business sites is comfortable. The built-in New-Site command adds a site, its application pool and its database in one step; IIS Manager is there for the fine-tuning.
Is email really included?
Yes. Mailboxes for your domains with POP3, IMAP and webmail come with the server, at no extra charge.
Can you move my sites from my current host?
Yes. Tell support where they are and we transfer them as part of the price.
How fast is a VPS?
Each VPS is its own virtual machine on a Dell Hyper-V host, with its own allocation of memory and cores - up to eight cores and sixteen gigabytes on Pro - and a dedicated 100 Mbps connection with unmetered traffic. It runs Windows Server 2025 with the web stack already configured, and nothing running on another customer's server shares your allocation.
How soon do I get access?
As soon as you sign up. The access details arrive by email, and you can connect over Remote Desktop straight away.
Do I get administrator access?
Yes, on every plan. It is your own Windows Server 2025 virtual machine and you are the administrator: install software, add sites and databases, change settings, schedule tasks. Sites and WordPress have built-in installers; the rest is a standard Windows Server.
What is pre-installed?
Windows Server 2025 with IIS, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL Server Express and MySQL installed and configured. Thirteen built-in installers, run from a desktop icon over Remote Desktop, add a site, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, MediaWiki, PrestaShop, phpMyAdmin, Umbraco or DNN in about a minute, and issue a free SSL certificate; other applications install the ordinary way. You can install anything you hold a license for.
Which applications have built-in installers?
Thirteen, on every VPS, from a desktop icon or a PowerShell prompt over Remote Desktop: a new IIS site with its database, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, MediaWiki, PrestaShop, phpMyAdmin, Umbraco and DNN, plus a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, an FTP account, a site backup and a clean site removal. Each takes about a minute and leaves a standard IIS site you can manage in IIS Manager.
Is the site transfer really included?
Yes. Tell support where your current site lives and we move it to your VPS as part of the price. There is no transfer fee and no hourly charge.
Where does the server run?
On Infosaic Cloud, on Dell hardware in a compliance-audited data center in the United States, fed by redundant carriers with blended traffic - if one provider has an outage, another takes over automatically. The facility maintains a PCI, HIPAA and SSAE Type II certified network.
Is traffic metered?
No. Every VPS has a dedicated public IP address on a 100 Mbps connection with unmetered traffic: no bandwidth cap, no fair-use threshold and no overage charge.
Can I have several servers on a private network?
Yes. A virtual private cloud puts your servers on a private network of their own. Ask support or sales for a quote; the virtual private cloud page describes what it gives you.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
A first order can be refunded within fifteen days, once, provided the account is in good standing and the server was used within the acceptable-use rules. The conditions are published on the money-back page; it is not a free trial.
