Virtual desktops (VDI, DaaS) and servers from Infosaic Cloud, since 2001

Windows VPS

Full control, two ways in

Administrator access over Remote Desktop on every plan: the whole machine, managed the way any Windows Server is.

Remote Desktop: the whole machine

Every VPS is a Windows Server 2025 virtual machine and you are its administrator. Connect over Remote Desktop from Windows, a Mac, Linux or a tablet and it is a server desktop like any other: install software, edit the registry, open a port, schedule a task, restart a service. Nothing needs a ticket to unlock and there is no approved-software list.

Adding a site: one command

The routine work is done over Remote Desktop, and the common pieces of it have built-in installers: open the Infosaic Installers icon on the server desktop and a new site, a WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or Umbraco site, a free SSL certificate, an FTP account or a backup is a couple of questions and about a minute away. For anything the installers do not cover there is IIS Manager and the standard database tools, and support walks you through it the first time if you like. A browser control panel exists and can be connected to a VPS on request, but the server does not depend on it.

Full isolation

A VPS on Infosaic Cloud is a separate virtual machine on Hyper-V with its own allocation of memory, cores and disk. Another customer's server cannot see yours, and another customer's traffic spike does not slow it. That is the difference between a VPS and a shared account, and it is why you can be given administrator access in the first place.

What stays ours

The host, the storage, the network and the physical security of the building. We patch the platform, keep Windows updated, and stay on call around the clock for updates, databases, permissions and security. You run the server; we run what it runs on.

Common questions

Do I get full administrator rights?

Yes, on every plan. Connect over Remote Desktop and you are the administrator of a Windows Server 2025 machine.

Can I manage it without Remote Desktop?

Remote Desktop is the standard way in and the one we recommend. A browser control panel can be connected on request; ask support.

Can I restart the server myself?

Yes, from inside the server over Remote Desktop, or ask support to do it.

What if I break something?

Support is included around the clock. Open a ticket and we will help put it right; that is what ongoing support means here.
