Standard: for office software that asks for more
Fourteen gigabytes and twelve virtual cores, for the applications that make an ordinary office PC stop and think.
When the software is the bottleneck, not the person
Some office applications are heavier than the phrase suggests. A QuickBooks company file that has been growing for a decade, a spreadsheet with real models in it, a line-of-business package written when memory was cheap and never optimized since. On a normal desk machine these are the programs that make you wait.
Standard exists for those. Fourteen gigabytes and twelve virtual cores give the heavy application room to work while everything else stays open around it, and the storage is sized for data files that have grown rather than for a fresh install.

Fast where it counts
Twelve virtual cores and fourteen gigabytes of memory for the programs that make an ordinary office PC stop and think: a QuickBooks file that has grown for a decade, a spreadsheet with real models in it, four heavy applications open together.
The desktop is its own virtual machine on a server-class host, running vanilla Windows 11 with nothing pre-installed to slow it down, on a data-center connection with unmetered traffic. It keeps working at full speed when you disconnect, and the device you open it from only has to draw the screen.
Who Standard suits
If you need more than this - build tooling, large datasets, or a machine that behaves like a high-end workstation - Advanced is the top of the range.

Accounting practices
Large QuickBooks or Sage company files, one desktop per member of staff, and a tax season that does not forgive a slow machine.

Serious spreadsheet work
Models that recalculate rather than just add up, several large workbooks open together, and add-ins that want memory of their own.

Line-of-business applications
ERP front ends, practice management, dispatch and inventory software - the packages an industry runs on that were never light.

Several heavy programs at once
The real cause of a slow day is rarely one application. It is four, and none of them willing to share.

It is your machine, with the keys
Administrator rights come with every plan, Standard included. Install any Windows program you hold a license for, add a printer and its driver, change a setting, schedule a task, edit the registry if the job needs it.
Nothing on the desktop needs a support ticket to unlock and there is no approved-software list. What stays ours is everything underneath: the host, the storage, the network, the platform patching and the physical security of the building.
Delivery is instant, and instant means zero
Finish signing up and the login is in your inbox. Open it in a browser and the desktop is on screen. That is the whole sequence.
There is no provisioning queue to sit in, no build window to wait out, no setup call to schedule and no approval step. The number of minutes is not small - it is none.

The four plans
Every plan is a fast Windows 11 computer on a server-class host, with administrator rights, a dedicated IP, unmetered traffic and round-the-clock support. Pick the memory and processing power your work needs.
Common questions
How do I know whether I need Standard rather than Basic?
The usual signal is waiting. If a program regularly pauses while it thinks, if a spreadsheet takes noticeable time to recalculate, or if your accounting file has grown past a few gigabytes, Standard is the plan that removes the wait.
Does more memory help more than a faster processor?
For most office software, yes. Programs slow down when they run out of memory and start swapping to disk far more often than they run out of processor. Standard raises both, but the extra memory is usually what you notice.
How fast is it?
Fast. Each desktop is its own virtual machine on a server-class Hyper-V host, with its own allocation of memory and virtual cores - up to sixteen cores and twenty gigabytes on Advanced. It runs vanilla Windows 11 with nothing pre-installed to slow it, sits on a data-center connection with unmetered traffic, and keeps running at full speed when you disconnect. The device you open it from only draws the screen, so an old laptop gets the same performance as a new one.
How quickly do I get the desktop?
Instantly. You finish signing up, the login is in your inbox, and you open the desktop in a browser. There is no provisioning queue, no build window, no setup call and no approval step - the honest number of minutes is none.
Do I get administrator rights?
Yes, on every plan. It is a full Windows 11 desktop and you are the administrator: install any software you hold a license for, add printers and drivers, schedule tasks, change settings. There is no approved-software list and nothing needs a support ticket to unlock.
Is the Windows license included?
Yes. Every plan ships with a pre-activated Windows 11 license inside the monthly price. You do not bring your own and you do not buy one separately.
What do I need to connect?
A browser is enough - the desktop opens through a link on Windows, a Mac, Linux, a Chromebook, an iPad or an Android tablet. If you prefer a standard Remote Desktop client, that works too.
Where are the desktops hosted?
On Infosaic Cloud, in a compliance-audited data center in the United States, fed by redundant carriers with blended traffic - if one provider has an outage, another takes over automatically. The facility maintains a PCI, HIPAA and SSAE Type II certified network.
Is traffic metered?
No. Every desktop has a dedicated public IP address and unmetered traffic: there is no bandwidth cap, no fair-use threshold and no overage charge.
Can more than one person use a desktop?
One person at a time. A Windows 11 desktop is licensed for a single interactive user, and the desktops are set up that way. For a team, give each person a desktop of their own - the price is per desktop and there is no per-user charge on top. A company can have the desktops replicated from one gold image on a private network, as described on the VDI page.
