What a practice runs
A practice does not run one set of books; it runs dozens, some of them large and old, alongside a tax package, a practice-management system, Excel, a document management tool and a mailbox that never closes. Two or three of those are heavy on their own. Together, on an ordinary desk machine, they are the reason the afternoon drags.

Each person gets the same Standard desktop with the same software installed, and client files live where the accounting package expects them - a file share the desktops can all reach, or the package's own hosted file service. Which plan is right for a large QuickBooks file?
Standard. Basic handles day-to-day books comfortably; a company file that has grown over many years is what Standard is built for.
Can we sign Business Associate Agreements or similar?
Infosaic signs Business Associate Agreements for customers handling protected health information. For other regulatory requirements, raise them before you sign up and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet them.
Can seasonal staff be added and removed?
Yes. A sign-up delivers a desktop instantly; a cancellation removes it. There is no minimum term.
