Common questions
Can I stop and restart the desktop between seasons?
The desktop is billed monthly for as long as it exists. Cancel when the season ends and sign up again when the next one starts - delivery is instant, so there is no lead time to plan around.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no contract. Ask for the cancellation at least two days before the next billing date and nothing further is charged.
Does a temporary person need their own login?
Each desktop is designed for one person. Give the temporary hire their own Light desktop and remove it when they leave, rather than sharing a login.
