Since 2001

Infosaic Technologies, LLC was founded in 2001 and has hosted Windows workloads without interruption since: first web hosting and servers, then Windows VPS and dedicated machines, and for the last several years virtual desktops - Desktop as a Service and VDI - delivered instantly on Infosaic Cloud. We are independent: no parent company, no reseller in the chain, and the same people running the platform from one year to the next.

We are a small company by design. What that buys a customer is that the platform, the storage, the network and the support are all run by the same team, so a question about any of them gets an answer from someone who can act on it.

What we run

• Virtual desktops: a fully functioning vanilla Windows 11 computer on a server-class host, delivered the moment you sign up, with a dedicated IP, unmetered traffic, administrator rights and the license included. Four packages from $11.95 a month.
• VDI for companies: a private network in the cloud at no charge, with desktops replicated from one gold image on request.
• Windows VPS and dedicated servers for workloads that need to answer requests from the internet or want a whole machine to themselves.
• Web hosting with Microsoft and PHP support, email and databases already configured.

All of it runs on Infosaic Cloud, the ultimate hosting platform: Hyper-V hosts, storage and network managed in-house and kept patched, so that support can cover the layer under your machine rather than stopping at it.

Support

Support is included in every plan at no extra cost and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by ticket from the client portal or by email. There is no premium tier and no outsourced first line. Because the platform is ours, support covers the host, the storage and the network as well as the desktop or server you see.

Where it runs

Infosaic Cloud runs in a compliance-audited data center in the United States, fed by redundant carriers with blended traffic - if one provider has an outage, another takes over automatically - with redundant power, N+1 cooling and a staffed operations center. The facility maintains a PCI, HIPAA and SSAE Type II certified network covering its colocation services, and Infosaic signs Business Associate Agreements for customers handling protected health information. How we work

• No contract and no minimum term.
• Delivery is instant: the sign-up completes and the login is in your inbox.
• The monthly price is the whole price. No platform fee, no per-user charge, no separate license to buy.
• We write down what we do and do not offer. There is no formal SLA with contractual credits, and we say so rather than imply one.
