How do I access my server?
Over Remote Desktop, or straight from the control panel in a browser, which opens the server's desktop without a client.
What is preconfigured on the server?
Windows Server, the web stack and the databases the plan lists, a control panel and email for your domains. Tell support what else the server needs and it is installed before hand-over.
What does ongoing OS support include?
Windows updates, security hardening, permissions, database restores and help with application installations, at no extra charge.
Is a dedicated server just a bigger VPS?
No. A VPS is a virtual machine with its own allocation on a shared host; a dedicated server is the whole physical machine. Choose dedicated when the workload wants the hardware to itself; a Pro VPS at $61.99 covers most things below that.
Is traffic metered?
No. Every dedicated server has unmetered traffic.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
A first order can be refunded within fifteen days, once, provided the account is in good standing and the server was used within the acceptable-use rules. The conditions are published on the money-back page. Dedicated hardware may carry a setup charge that is not refunded.
