1. General Cancellation Policy
At Infosaic Technologies, LLC, we are committed to delivering reliable hosting and cloud solutions. However, we understand that customers may need to cancel their services. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and service termination.
2. Subscription-Based Services
For hosting, cloud solutions, and other subscription-based services, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Monthly Plans: Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for partial-month usage.
• Annual Plans: Cancellations made within 15 days of activation are eligible for a full refund, minus any setup fees. After 15 days, no refunds will be provided, but services will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• Early Termination: If an annual plan is canceled early after the 15-day period, no refunds will be issued.
3. One-Time and Project-Based Services
For professional services such as custom development, migration, and consulting:
• Cancellations made before project initiation are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to a prorated charge based on work completed.
• Once a project is delivered or deployed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Domain Registration & Third-Party Services
• Domain Registrations & Renewals: All domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
• Third-Party Software & Licensing: Any third-party software or licensing fees are subject to the vendor’s refund and cancellation policies.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must:
1. Submit a formal request via support ticket through your client portal or email billing@infosaic.com.
2. Provide your account details, service information, and reason for cancellation.
3. Receive confirmation from our billing team. Cancellation requests are processed within 3 business days.
6. Suspension & Immediate Service Disconnection for Non-Payment
• If payment is not received by the due date, the service will be disconnected immediately.
• Accounts past due for 15 days or more may be permanently terminated, resulting in data loss.
• A reinstatement fee may apply for reactivating services after disconnection.
7. Policy Updates & Modifications
Infosaic Technologies, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or an announcement in their account portal.
