Please use the following settings when setting up your email through your MS Outlook or Outlook Express:
1. Account name is your entire email address as set up through Infosaic webmail. 2. Use the following for incoming and outgoing mail servers: mail.infosaic.com 3. Make sure you check "My Server Requires Authentication" for the outgoing mail server.
Please note that some ISP's block 3rd party SMTP servers, and in this case you would need to use your provider's outgoing mail servers.
Here's a list of providers that require you to use their SMTP mail server:

Try "mail.bellsouth.net" first. The SMTP server depends on which city you are located in, if "mail.bellsouth.net" does not work, please contact BellSouth Access Support for the correct information. |
